Natalia Rogova is an adult trainer and consultant with experience in entrepreneurship, communication, intercultural interaction, and personal development. She specializes in working with aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, and managers who want to strengthen their professional effectiveness, resilience, and self-confidence.

In recent years, Natalia has been delivering entrepreneurship courses in Harju County and Ida-Viru County, teaching participants the fundamentals of business, marketing, sales, and project work, while also supporting the development of their practical skills.

Natalia has extensive experience supporting Ukrainian refugees — she provides coaching, helps identify career paths, guides self-analysis processes, and supports the development of skills needed for successful integration in Estonia.

She participates in the creation and implementation of educational and social projects and develops author’s training programs on stress management, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and teamwork.

Natalia collaborates with organizations, entrepreneurs, and private clients, helping them develop the skills that enhance both personal and professional performance.
