Sigrid Salla is an experienced and respected trainer who has spent the last 15 years teaching entrepreneurship, project management, marketing and key labour market skills in various Estonian universities – including Tallinn University, TalTech, Mainor and Tallinn University Rakvere College – as well as in her own training companies Projektiteenus OÜ and Projektiarenduskeskus OÜ.

Sigrid has over 25 years of experience in training adults with lower competitiveness who are entering the labour market. She has helped hundreds of people – including unemployed individuals and aspiring entrepreneurs – develop their ideas into business plans and successfully launch their companies.

In addition, she has been a training partner of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund for 15 years, giving her a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by those outside the labour market.
